Doesn't mean all other stores are running out. But since the picture is spread around millions of times, people start believing that TP is running out, so they hurry to every store and drain the stock like locusts.
Hence why it's irresponsible to spread such pictures because you're just causing the panic more than the virus itself.

Well we used to be very widespread as well, we have special "mail" boxes infront of our houses for bread, milk and eggs delivery from local farmers. Not a widespread thing anymore, but can easily be reintroduced. @ManAnimal
