The Mad Max world is probably the hardest post-apocalypse to survive in

Nastiest bit of Mad Max has to be the maggot farms.
Essentially a pile of corpses left to attract flies to hatch their maggots in. And you eat the maggots as a source of protein 😛

I like to watch death
I especially like how there's not a giant reliance on firearms. Max has his boomstick, but firing it is more like a limited, special and especially powerful attack and not something you run around shooting war boys with all the time.
Most of the time you just dish out brutal knuckle sandwiches or beat people up with melee weapons made from car parts.
