10/10

2020-03-22 15:39:36 UTC

Not being able to sneak out with all the gold bullion was such a troll, but eventually I found a way to glitch it, which broke the game economy forever.

2020-03-22 15:39:42 UTC

Dead money atmosphere was 10/10

2020-03-22 15:39:57 UTC

@Vexillifer I figured out how to sneak out with the gold as well. No way i'm just leaving that ๐Ÿ˜„

Always got lost in that DLC

Best game

Such a pain in the neck to find the radios

2020-03-22 15:40:33 UTC

Don't care how much it weigh! My inner jew says I gotta drag all that gold out of there!

2020-03-22 15:41:19 UTC

At least being overencumbered meant moving slowly and not being completely immobile like in Morrowind.

2020-03-22 15:41:30 UTC

The only cool bit I liked was the characters like dog

2020-03-22 15:41:35 UTC

And the enemies were neat

2020-03-22 15:41:48 UTC

The newer fallout games could've been so much better if they were just made with a different engine

2020-03-22 15:41:58 UTC

It reminded me of the pitt DLC from FO3 in some places.

2020-03-22 15:42:10 UTC

@Seven Proxies or if they just had the guys who made NV make it for them

2020-03-22 15:42:47 UTC

Imagine Fallout made using the Cryengine instead. Being able to seamlessly jump from combat on foot to combat in vehicles and have HUGE open spaces to roam around in, but with the same NPC interaction and questing as the fallout games usually have.

It would be a blast.

2020-03-22 15:42:49 UTC

Yeah, but Obsidian seems to be losing their edge imo.

2020-03-22 15:43:10 UTC

@ubermensch NV was better written and had a better idea, but it was still quite limited due to the engine.

2020-03-22 15:43:24 UTC

Outer Worlds proved that

2020-03-22 15:43:27 UTC

I mean that writing makes all the difference

2020-03-22 15:43:29 UTC

To my great disappointment

2020-03-22 15:44:00 UTC

Good to see a lot of regular folks not sucking that game's dick all the time.

2020-03-22 15:44:02 UTC

some weak pullout game. that's how

2020-03-22 15:44:09 UTC

One big issue I have with fallout is that ammo is way too common. It kind of ruins the post-ap feeling for me.

Bottle caps shouldn't be the currency of the wasteland. Bullets should.

2020-03-22 15:44:29 UTC

That's Metro ๐Ÿ™‚

2020-03-22 15:44:35 UTC

Metro last light would like have some words with you

2020-03-22 15:44:52 UTC

And the other metroes

2020-03-22 15:44:53 UTC

Epic exclusive now ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

2020-03-22 15:45:03 UTC

Nothing is an epic exclusive if you believe

2020-03-22 15:45:08 UTC

I want to be forced to carry a bunch of weapons, simply to be able to shoot because I only have a limited amount of each ammo cartridge type so i'm forced to carry three different revolvers, five different semi automatics and 1-2 rifles. I don't want to be able to have 500 rounds of ammo for every single weapon I find in the game.

2020-03-22 15:45:12 UTC

I recommend doing your believing in a harbor

2020-03-22 15:45:17 UTC

*yarr*

2020-03-22 15:45:44 UTC

Dawn of war 2 surprisingly is still an active game

2020-03-22 15:46:01 UTC

Well, it's like the one 40k RTS

2020-03-22 15:46:09 UTC

Actually DoW was fine too

2020-03-22 15:46:13 UTC

I've never played Metro. The reviews told me that the game was very linear and I don't really want that.

I want the open world, story driven experience. Just a game that is being a cheapskate with ammo.

2020-03-22 15:46:14 UTC

Yeah, I like that system too, but eventually it always ends up with me never using the top tier weapons, because I'm over conservative with their maintenance.

2020-03-22 15:46:37 UTC

Being able to play as the imperial guard is satisfying in dawn of war titles
