i think i'm facing the same problem the ppl who did these studies. we could hm rank each operating practice in the country and average them out to compare national stats for example. but why would we do it if we know we'd find the equipment, process, and organisation itself all have serious impact on it and we will find each country deals with different kinds of healthcare challenges to different ability. some countries will be better for certain diseases or tissues even probably 🤷🏽 i mean i doubt youve got really good processes for handling disease that doesnt appear outside of africa 😛
