and progressives are fueld by tradition/purity/authority

People keep saying "American Democrats are still super right wing", but they only do so just to put forth an anti-American opinion

thats why liberals value freedom

Yet will otherwise support the Democrat party as though they're super left wing

with right wing ideas

which is why they literally dont get along with republicans well

People who are slightly conservative are hated more than people who are generally/extremely conservative

It sucks because theres been encroachment of progressivism into my friend group as of late
