@NativeInterface that's the thing, the only real "rape cultures" in the world seem to still condemn rape in some fashion, but the difference in Pakistan is that they care mainly because women are effectively property to them, so an assault against their *property* (especially *virginal property*) is answered by an assault against the assailant's *property*.
