No, @Cody Has to admit that if it is mostly genetics there isn't anything we can do in our lifetime that is humane to solve that Problem. To believe its enviromental makes it easier to think, that there are things we could do to solve that.
If it is genetics there isn't much we can do about that that doesn't fall in the Eugenics and forced selective breeding category.
@Stefan Payne just because the majority is against someone, doesnt mean that individual is wrong. Not defending, just saying that was a useless statement.
