That's incredible nonsense. If I work for $100 and you sat on your ass, you do not deserve $50 just because I have more.
If I got my money illegally, enforce the law, but there is absolutely NO justification to take money that I earned.
And just because someone managed to earn a LOT of money does not make it more moral.
I have a good solution for Welfare:
Women under 45 or 50 get half the Rate of Men, but Men get 50% more
Give out loans.
If someone has fallen on hard times, give out poverty loans.
Earn back the money you got as a loan later.
