2018-11-13 18:17:47 UTC

There are elections

2018-11-13 18:17:53 UTC

Last time i checked

2018-11-13 18:17:59 UTC

for people who can do nothing except propose amendments

2018-11-13 18:18:05 UTC

The fact that it is an EU organ means that it is the toy of the EU central commitiee an self appointed council

2018-11-13 18:18:13 UTC

Well there is also council of ministers

2018-11-13 18:18:21 UTC

You know ?

2018-11-13 18:18:35 UTC

Which is an advisorery body

2018-11-13 18:18:43 UTC

Is it now ?

2018-11-13 18:18:44 UTC

😄

2018-11-13 18:19:15 UTC

If the EU were to reform so that all members of the EU Governance were elected reps I would have less concerns

2018-11-13 18:19:28 UTC

Well i am pro reform too

2018-11-13 18:19:36 UTC

Dont take me wrong

2018-11-13 18:19:45 UTC

But eu is far less sinister

2018-11-13 18:19:49 UTC

Then you ppl think

2018-11-13 18:20:08 UTC

Is my opinion anyway

2018-11-13 18:20:30 UTC

I feel like European continental politics is already a beaurocratic mess, and the addition of a EU army make it even more incomprehensible

2018-11-13 18:20:45 UTC

Could happens missdanger

2018-11-13 18:20:53 UTC

As i said we dont know details

2018-11-13 18:22:15 UTC

The EU central Comitee is still the Economics and Trade Supervisors board that the EU started out with, now it has taken on governmental powers and has been acting in complete defiance of the needs of Europe's peoples.

2018-11-13 18:23:25 UTC

What would happen if the Itsext or Spanext was about to be voted on and the EU decided to send in it's army to prevent the vote?

2018-11-13 18:24:30 UTC

Yeah sure ican see how all the different eu govs will be for that

2018-11-13 18:24:51 UTC

You have some serious misconceptions about eu khan

2018-11-13 18:27:27 UTC

Procedure without participation of the European Parliament
The European Treaties might be amended by using one of three different procedures. These procedures are rarely used, but are of great importance for the functioning of the European Union and the way decisions are made within the European Union.

2018-11-13 18:27:36 UTC

NATO is a known body with known flaws but it does work. It brings not only the US but Canada and by extention Australia along to protect the peoples of Europe. It does so by consens in non emergancy times, and only at commanders request when it is clear that Europe is being invaded by an army. Who would control an EU army?

2018-11-13 18:27:59 UTC

Why not ?

2018-11-13 18:28:08 UTC

I still dont understand the buthurt

2018-11-13 18:28:26 UTC

In conclusion the EU allows itself to throw the parlimentary consent out the window if somehting is deemed "of great importance to the EU"

2018-11-13 18:28:42 UTC

If eu decides that they want to invade libya and clean the mess up its eus thing is it not ?

2018-11-13 18:29:11 UTC

Well there are no proposals yet

2018-11-13 18:29:18 UTC

I might change my mind later

2018-11-13 18:29:55 UTC

EU Army is just a new way to oppress people and create a super state.

2018-11-13 18:29:57 UTC

it's bullshit.

2018-11-13 18:29:57 UTC

If the European countries come together and decide that to do so and risk their elected possitions they can right now.

2018-11-13 18:30:18 UTC

I think NATO protocols say that if the soviet ever attack the german army would be under the command of American army group HQ.

2018-11-13 18:30:22 UTC

How can you even make A FUCKING ARMY WITH 28 DIFFERENT LANGUAGES

2018-11-13 18:30:29 UTC

*based in europe

2018-11-13 18:30:39 UTC

***28 LANGUAGES***

2018-11-13 18:30:47 UTC

HOW

2018-11-13 18:30:51 UTC

2018-11-13 18:30:54 UTC
