@Rabbi Shekels skype for business is different then the skype they pushed to end users. I stopped using it a while back when they changed to this snapchat interface... and I find it funny that what they based that interface that I hate on is now on the verge of failing completely
i dont even use skype at all only the business shit and i heard we are getting rid of it where i work soon

@Timcast paradigm's article and this one seems to suggest this is more under "incitement" than hate speech. It's actually interesting as this would be not too dissimilar from and extreme example of some of the arguments regarding Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
