So
I know the shera guys were going for tomboy but
This unironically looks like a guy
It's good they are changing the kilo.
Those aren't photoshopped to make her look like a dude, right?
I think it's the eyebrows
Nope
But, there was a common definition before.
It's the jaw
That's the actual look
It's a guy in a wig and dress
It's a trap.
The outfit is fine you don't need tiddies on your teen girl hero
But the head looks too masculine
Keep the muscle even whatever
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RuViG2-w_To also liked this fight scene in Dragonball
But the jaw and eyebrows break it
Thing though Canuck is that when people generally say "You don't need to have every design be fappable", they mean "Every design needs to be fappable, just not for straight men"
her showing up with some bewbs
"Realistic means nobody should have boobs, everyone should be obese, nobody has wide hips or curvy waists or nice legs. Big butts are okay because women and gay guys can eb into that"
would sell nobody noticing it a bit..
She-Ra would actually be better if She-Ra were just a fucking dude, to be honest
Instead of this fucking "Draw a dude, call it a girl" nonsense
It's not even like a tomboy we're seeing here
The old show wasn't very good, but at least it looked better
The worst part of the design is
her stupid blush staying in She Ra mode
like..She is an epic powered Hero and she has that stupid ass Anime style cute girl blush
The problem is that
With the old show it exemplified the "Adult" and mature features that makes one think of adults, while the new one is very soft and immature, a lot of modern shows are taking that route of infantilizing the art style and making it safer/softer
So making the character more immature/boyish and androgynous is just unappealing. When I was a kid we thought it was awesome to have adult heroes.
wait, that is supposed to be she-ra?
Yes.
wtf
The kind of people who are working on this reboot are the kind of people who believe that growing up to be happy with what you are right now is more important than striving to open up windows for what you can become in the future
It's like straight out of some queer cartoon.
That's because the person in charge of it is a short-haired dyke
