Ouch, progressivism poisons everything. Our CEO outlined a strategy of having at least 30% women in leadership positions. All males can kiss their career path goodbye, if the wish to advance upwards. It is an international engineering company and the of 100.000+ employees, currently the female workforce is currently 9%. It is not the asian/arabian division where the brunt will be felt.
