Okay I give it props for cross platforms
@Alpaca13 that's not a bad thing. Just swirl it into intermittent fasting
I sleep away the hunger pains lmao
And I will fix it. It just got fucked up by the flu
Drink some water when it comes
I had soup dumplings for the first time and they were one of the best foods I have ever eaten and I want to eat them again so badly. It’s a 45-50min drive through the city so it’s not something I can do when ever I want. It’s healthier then American food which I love too
Soup dumplings, what is that
A dumpling but instead of just meat/ vegetable filling it also includes delicious soup
I'm guessing it's the chink kind of dumplings
I could live off soup dumplings. You get your proteins, carbs and salt intake
Chink?
Got to eat varied though
I mean there are a lot of european kinds of dumplings too
But I don't know about any soup-dumpling stuff
I don’t believe it’s European, but either way I LOVE them
As long as it's not deepfried in sunflower oil
They’re steamed
Super good!
Even better
Maybe you could try and get your hands on a recipe for it
I really wish this place wasn’t almost an hour away and through the city. It’s really the city part that gets you because if it was almost an hour away just regular roads no problem. But the city is hell
It'll give you a sense of success if you do, and a good meal
I can try
<:PepeHands:392392970764288000> me wanting soup dumplings so bad
Sounds like my desire for pörkölt
So easy to make, so delicious

What I’m not looking forward to is this weekend is my grandmothers birthday and she wants to go to a steak house but it’s a chain so it’s not good. Literally their best item is the free bread rolls.
*I need to show her soup dumplings*
Just onions and garlic fried in a pot, then adding beef/chicken strips cut into little cubes, one hell of a lot of red (european, not asian there's a big difference in taste and texture) paprika powder, a tiny bit of water, lower heat, stir once in a while, add more paprika powder, and if you can get your hands on it some eros pista at the end (otherwise just a chili paste of your prefered strength , but not vinegar-ish, no tabasco and such) and boom splurge a little more water in to get the thickness/liquidness you want and either eat it like that with a spoon or pour it on pasta or rice.
If you went with chicken (or the vegetarian way with mushrooms) you should add a bit of sour cream/creme fraiche (but you need to put that in a little bowl, add spoonfuls of the sauce to the bowl slowly while stirring to equalize the temperature before adding it to the sauce, so the creme fraiche doesn't part and turn ugly)
I don't write good recipes, but there you go
Blessed march boomer
March people are the best
Not saying that because I'm a march person myself
But that's also true
Oh yeah, put a lid on the pot when you lower the heat
Sounds great except for the sour cream. Remember that so when ever I decide to try it and ask “Hal what was the recipe again” you can tell me
I just really want soup dumplings
