religion is usually associated with the divine and metaphysics. In the western tradition, philosophy is heavily influenced by logic first and foremost (though that's different in other philosophical traditions, which are also legitimate). conspiracy theories are secular and generally confined to practical matters (X did Y) and are more characterized by an inability to be really easily be proven or disproven.

Religion will often deflect the question of proof and philosophy will ask what proof is to begin with. Conspiracy Theories will bandy around "proof" regardless of legitimacy.
