people always wanna go "more is better", but im of serious belief that moderate (even if on lower end, but not crazy enemic and emotional level of low, "soyboy" stereotype) but consistent throughout lifetime testosterone (or estragon) for that matter is ideal. If you look into it those people live longer, have better spacial reasoning and reaction time. Test is good for guys and Estrogen for women, but it has diminishing returns
