I mean, it might get in the way of going for the trees
but the scrub and small trees on the forest floor aren't really viable for harvest
You may know better then me but the forest in CA need fire to help the trees grow, thats how they evolved, but CA has been preventing the fires so burnable material builds up

Logging companies build service roads that act as prebuild fire lines whitch helpds firefighters.
They *can't* do controlled burns because the controlled burns run too hot now that it will actually kill the trees that would stand to benefir
They *can't* leave it alone because it is a giant tinderbox
80% of the firefighters out there are clearing brush by hand
and bulldozer

@H3llbender This is part of CA's problem, FL Ocala National forest has roads to act as prebuilt fire lines, CA, Tahoe National forest doesn't.

I dislike as the fake controversy CA news was making over the mobile data limit being reached with Version, they claimed it was because Net Neutrality was removed but if anyone bother to read the rules mobile ISPs get crazy exceptions , that why they can legally limit data speeds and give YouTube and Netflix priority treatment like with T-mobiles binge-on program.
