it was directly including posting to his page
it is freedom of speech
i.e. the freedom to REEEEEEEE
not just reading, they included posting to his page under that federal ruling
There is nothing in Freedom of Speech that say you are able to REEEEEEE at the president directly.
in a public forum?
sure there is
You can still say the things you want to say
you just can't ping his phone.
Well that judge is wrong.
by that standard
twitter was on the judge's side
yes
any citizen should be able to get direct access to the Oval Office for a 1 on 1 meeting
the ruling put twitter in the position they wanted to be in, short term
because if they deny that you are denying access to the president.
freedom of speech does not require access
but
in a public forum, you are free to speak
so anyone that cannot post onto trump's page is considered twitter violating the 1st amendment, that means all bannings are against the law now
which is why this ruling is shit 😛
It isn't a constitutional ruling
it is a political one.
so trump would not be compelled to maintain a twitter account
but if he does, it is a public forum, and people are entitled to speak there
ALL people are
and him blocking people
does not infringe on their ability to speak
they can scream into the Aether all they want.

the 1st amendment in a public square doesn't just apply to progressives after all
^
It is just a double standard
if that is what they wanted it needs enforced
If President Obama blocked Alex jones..
nobody on the left would have made a peep.
there is a real problem with the ruling
in that not all people have a twitter account
and if trump's twitter feed really is a public forum, that raises the access issue
but there is, as yet, no resolution to that issue
There are a billion problems with the ruling 😛
doesn't matter, twitter demanded it
