You expressed to me during our initial meeting that you wanted to get things moving very quickly as there was a great deal of work to do. As a result I have tried to follow up consistently when stated deadlines/timetables weren't met. This is standard for me in dealing with nearly any of my clientelle and generally it's appreciated as their projects move faster as a result. 


I've spent the last two weeks being as patient as possible with this process, being super flexible about you guys getting me legal docs + payment finalized so we can move forward with this project. I have, in good faith, spent many hours getting to know your team and your personelI. I have prepared as thoroughly as possible to make this process as conducive to your goals as possible.

Don't adjust my workflow, re-up all the clients, and be patient.

That last part will be critical - but good call in contacting them for another edge.
