Totally not related but the article made me remember. The other day I saw a post in a NY political page that was talking about a couple of officer deaths recently and the whole tone of it was thin-blue-line-fellacio. I DARED to mention that cop worship is fucking annoying and all hell broke lose and my comment was removed after I got some very angry replies. Just to add I didn't say anything of the nature of "they deserve it," just that the constant cop worship is irritating.

I'm not terribly surprised, didn't they say that thousands of PD employees in the city experienced COVID symptoms since it all began?
