get a couple roasted chickens

and some spinach and broccoli

dress the spinach and toss it with some of the roast chicken

don't take quite all the flesh off the chickens, just take all the stuff you really like

plop those chicken carcasses in a pot with some water

heat that water up until it boils

add some salt, some paprika, an onion, and some garlic

then cover it, turn it down a bit

and wait for like four hours
