A lot of it is getting lucky to get in YouTube's sweet spot of algorithm to get shared in suggested side videos

I got there once and got 101 subs in a day right around then, but I only got there with one video

Also some people stop making videos

Probably busy

Some ppl do quit for reasons

Life, couldn't manage due to poor subscriptions, going back to college, work...etc
