after 18 years on 2 companies, the only teams where massive mobbing took place had 2 or more women in it

when you're a girl you're constantly bombarded by catcalling and just really uh... obnoxious and shitty sexual comments from guys. you kinda just grow up like that and even if you get used to it, it starts to subconsciously sour your opinion of men. The internet has made this even worse because now men will say things they never even would have considered saying to your face.

maybe thats just me, but i find it hard to remain neutral about men and not have my opinion of them biased from all the shitty guys i meet.
