A friend of mine was falsely accused by some social justice warrior who had made a dozen or so other rape claims.
One of the guys on my boat got sent to the brig for sexual assault. He was having a consensual affair that he had documented proof that it was consensual. He spent 3 years in the Brig.
People that do that should get the same sentence as someone would if they were convicted of the rape

I had a coworker a long time ago that was accused of rape by another one when it clearly consensual. She even bragged about it with him, and continued to brag about it after he was arrested.
