have the right education
asides from hands on stuff
I think hands on education is the best way to teach.
By giving them experience they need to understand their chosen profession.
just saying tho
since they have requirements that differ from urs
That is why classrooms will only hold certain number of students and the teaching methods would be tailored to the students.
I would assign two teachers per classroom.
They would be in sense to guide students and teach.
Also all grades above 6th grade will be within the same building.
Add two extra years for schooling for those optional classes.
So 6th grade to 14th grade.
Then college. Those two years are like preparing them for a job or getting their master's degree in college.
14th grade would be their final year and teachers that are responsible for those classes would help the students determine what classes they need in college or vocational education if the students are not going straight to their job. Also will sign a contract with the business so the students can work there while attending college or vocational education.
Thus ensuring that they will be taken care of well after college and on their path in life.
o one more thing
make sure u have a civic study class
very important stuffs
Is it weird if I start shitting sweetcorn that's whole after having a laxative and driving nothing but water?

Oh I got it all planned out and all.
I just need to come up with a way to present it to my state's government.
Also try to get teachers in my state on my side.
If this works, we could spread it across Oklahoma and maybe make it one of the best places for teachers plus students.
wth
Hell... if businesses like it, they might move to Oklahoma to fund the students.
u didnt even chew it? ur disgusting
nice
Well I want to make a positive and creative changes to our schooling system.
That could possibly make our schooling one of the best in the world.
teacher's don't want to be paid based on their ability to teach, that's kind of the whole point of the teacher's unions.
Put America back on track of being one of the best places to be educated.
Actually teachers will have their living wages, enough for them to live on. But if they get a pay raise will depend on how well they perform within the school.
Right, teacher's don't want that.
Unions teachers... I will not have them in the school.
That is just draining the system and making it harder on the students.
Oh, pft, gl with that.
I want actual teachers that will treat their students with respect and work towards making a better schooling system.
