@Zer0 Liberals have done a lot to erode the confidence in IQ testing or IQ's relevance because they don't like some of the conclusions. But that's because of their world view. Blacks on AVG have lower IQs than Whites. But that says very little because the difference isn't that much. There are plenty of smart Blacks and stupid Whites. But for liberals group identity and traits are everything. Therefore when you say, Blacks on AVG have lower IQs you are just being racist. But what we should be asking is why do Blacks on AVG have lower IQ's. Is it genetic, is it due to nutrition at infancy, is it due to cultural differences? We won't know if we are not allowed to ask the question. We know for instance that as diets have improved so has the IQ. This is why we see higher IQs in more developed nations.

@Blonald Blumph But when you compare the levels of crime, drug abuse, unwed mothers, child neglect between urban areas with mostly Blacks and rural areas of West Virginia which are mostly white you see similar numbers. So its less about race as it is about culture, in my estimation.
