@TBORIOT Honestly go post it here, but you can't just say I need a Diet plan and work out plan, and expect them to do it. You need to explain your situation and actually put effort into it, and just ask for guidance for it. They wont do everything for you obviously, but they will point you in the right direction for the information that you need. They are all extremely helpful 😃

It's really not hard to lose weight what so ever, put down the shovel and pick up the spoon, eat less, exercise more. and weigh yourself daily. It's not rocket science or brain surgery!
