My brother was born in 95 and there is notable difference between me and him, but those born in 95 are sitting on the fence of millennial and zoomer

so he acts half millennial half zoomer and it's weird

a 2 year age gap between someone born in 89 and 91 is not as culturally significant as 95 and 97
