1) how should they be held accountable, to what degree.
2) why should they be held accountable for something they're not doing.
3) Should all tool/weapon makers be held accountable for something that is out of their control
This is coming from someone who doesn't support guns for any other reason than hunting, I live in the UK too but it looks like I already have a lot more knowledge about the US gun system than you do, since you're claiming Civs can just get automatic weapons; here's the painful truth, they really can't. Background checks are also pretty heavy, if you've ever *tried* to get a gun you'd know that. Most people who commit mass shootings have no prior offenses
