then I trashed my shoulder and had to stop competing.
Could still do squats.
You should do weighted squats, weighted lunges and weighted hip thrusters.
Low weight 8-12 reps
Or even small leg stretches.
I haven't been in a gym since my school gym at 16
I find it good for waking up in the mornings.
