@Oceanic there was preincarnate christ who showed himself multiple times in the old testament. what god did was a test to abraham, they used the word tempt as a nudging to do a certain action, plus abraham didnt go through with it because god stopped him at the last second to test his faithfulness. 😄 its ok to to have hangups about the bible but with further context they are much clearer
the reason God the father (or god almighty) cant be seen is because satan makes a point of making grand appearances to try and fool the masses, but when God himself does something, it will stretch from horizon to horizon, making the devils smoke and mirror show look super puny
Why do you give him a title like that
The book talks about how everyone should be super humble, does he not like to follow his own rules?

the book says to be humble because in the grand scheme of things, we have not even half of half and then half of that half of gods power. he exalts himself because when people realize his goodness (and even if you dont believe in him) his mercy, his love, and they serve him, the blessings are multiplied by the thousands upon what we already have
