and I mean over land

2019-12-21 23:52:32 UTC

like in Antarctica

2019-12-21 23:52:36 UTC

or Iceland

2019-12-21 23:53:09 UTC

or the Yukon regions of Alaska and western Canada?

Sea levels have been rising for 10000 years. Get over it

2019-12-22 02:11:01 UTC

That doesn’t change the fact that ice is melting as a result of human activity

2019-12-22 05:30:50 UTC

That's bollocks. Correlation isn't causation. You don't even have a correlation. You don't even have a statistically significant sample size for temperature data . 1 thermometer per 23000 sq miles. GL with that

2019-12-22 13:19:05 UTC

Solar irradiance has slightly decreased since the 90s and we are just about it at another minimum now. Volcanic activity in emissions aren’t changing significantly. There are less forests to lock away carbon, but that is anthropogenic. Any other major factors?

2019-12-24 22:04:43 UTC

Climate change is fake.

2019-12-24 22:04:54 UTC

They put the sensors next to air vents 😂

2019-12-24 22:05:52 UTC

*"• A sensor in Redding, Calif., is housed in a box that also contains a halogen light bulb, which could emit warmth directly onto the gauge.

• A sensor in Hanksville, Utah, sits directly atop a gravestone, which is not only macabre but also soaks up the sun's heat and radiates it back to the thermometer at night.

• A sensor in Marysville, Calif., sits in a parking lot at a fire station right next to an air conditioner exhaust, a cell phone tower and a barbecue grill.

• A sensor in Tahoe City, Calif., sits near a paved tennis court and is right next to a "burn barrel" that incinerates garbage.

• A sensor in Hopkinsville, Ky., is sheltered from the wind by an adjoining house and sits above an asphalt driveway."*

2019-12-24 22:06:34 UTC

😂 No shit it's going to be hotter when you put it next to an exhaust vent!

2019-12-24 22:37:23 UTC

Thats pretty funny actually

2019-12-24 23:28:52 UTC

Just further proof of the lies. These sensors are all conveniently placed in places that tend to gather large amounts of heat.

2019-12-24 23:29:02 UTC

Hillarious how they try to hide them but people still find them.

2019-12-24 23:29:18 UTC

Not to mention most are in California, again, another area known to be quite hot.

2019-12-25 00:50:58 UTC

1) >Fox News
2) I checked all 5 and none can be verified. 3 were either down or had no evidence at all.
3) It says there’s a survey of 1000 some stations, but provides no evidence for this
4) “Watts (the man supposedly responsible for the survey) readily agrees that temperatures are on the rise worldwide, but he believes the magnitude of the increase is in question, and he says his research puts the 1.2-degree global figure in doubt... But a team of three climatologists has completed a study of Watts' data on HCN siting and found the warming trend to be confirmed.” -literally from your article
7) At the end of the article, some guy named Menne: “We wouldn't want to dismiss 100 years of climate records based on a photograph from the year 2009.”

2019-12-25 02:41:03 UTC

Yet its still winter

2019-12-25 03:32:28 UTC

"Can be verified"

2019-12-25 03:35:01 UTC

They prop up people like Greta to make a big clash, whilst actual scientists and workers are kept in the dark.

2019-12-25 03:36:08 UTC

Lol

2019-12-25 03:36:21 UTC

Near an AC vent, on an asphalt road, in the middle of the desert with nothing obscuring it.

2019-12-25 03:36:24 UTC

Riiiiighhhht.

2019-12-25 03:57:20 UTC

Why do I have to believe that’s a sensor? And how does this address literally anything I just said?

2019-12-25 04:10:00 UTC

Do you trust CNN lol?

2019-12-25 12:14:37 UTC

No

2019-12-25 12:15:30 UTC

Even if I did, that’s irrelevant to whether this can be verified or not

2019-12-25 14:40:28 UTC

How many square miles does each temperature sensors cover

2019-12-25 16:47:56 UTC

@Citizen Z There aren't too many as they are very old sensors and meant to cover a lot of ground.

2019-12-25 16:48:12 UTC

For the "pacific sensor" they put it on an airport terminal in hawaii, riiiightt.

2019-12-25 16:48:18 UTC

Like an airport would have the same heat as the ocean.

2019-12-25 16:48:20 UTC

😂

2019-12-25 16:48:29 UTC

Cuz temperature can change dramatically in just a few miles

2019-12-25 16:48:37 UTC

They are pretty old because they want accurate over time readings

2019-12-25 16:48:43 UTC

and the new technology would reset the clock.

2019-12-25 16:48:45 UTC

Cuz the sun isnt 93 million miles away

2019-12-25 16:48:49 UTC

Exactly!
