not strictly west or east
If you go south west you will be going to Antarctica
in the direction yes
Yes
If advise you stay away as it is illegal to go to
Even illegal to go there at a certain range
is it though? right across ther corner in a sports wear shop i can book expeditions to there
its expensive but you can do it
Yes it is illegal
And you are under heavy supervision and not allowed to explore freely
You are not even taken to the Antarctica
You are taken to one of the islands that is close to Antarctica
okay. i wont do it anyways. too expensive. but i dont need to right? i just can map a route such that it would be significantly different depending on what model is correct and then try to fly the route. i then can compare the outcome with the maps and see which one is correct
That would be very expansive
why?
i think its easy to map a route that would result in a different outcome depending on the model. just regarding angles, location etc
To buy a private plane
Then the gas needed to keep it flying then landing it to get it refueled etc
as i said im doing my license
im flying alot and can decide where to fly
And you would have to pay for everything I’ve said
Very expensive
i do ^^
Yes
so its perfectly doable
i just need the route
Good at least you can pay for it
is there any precise map i can use?
i already have the one for the globe from europe.
now i need one for flat surface of europe
I also don’t see how going north west or East or south East could prove a globe
i was just an example. i would need to take a route that produces different outcomes depending on the model
should be easy to do
i just dont know which maps to use
suggestions?
There’s a map pilots use
I don’t remember what it’s called
Maybe someone else in here knows what I’m talking about
And my suggestion is to circumnavigation Antarctica
Fly over it
too far away from me
need another route
i do have the pilot maps
I think that’s one of the best ways to do it imo
i dont have any flat earth maps though. they only provide globe maps
well but not feasible for me ^^
