Currently Polaris is at a declination of a bit over 89 degrees, which means that no one south of 1 degree south latitude can see Polaris. That's almost all of the Southern hemisphere, let alone the South Pole. Polaris won't be the North Star forever, thanks to axial precession.

2019-12-06 00:19:55 UTC

so yeah in the northern pole

2019-12-06 00:20:05 UTC

but it cant be seen in the southern pole

2019-12-06 00:20:14 UTC
2019-12-06 00:21:29 UTC

or even how the stars change position based on the time of year

2019-12-06 00:22:07 UTC
2019-12-06 00:22:47 UTC

you cant even explain it yourself?
