actually NASA admits the moon is luminiscent!
he claimed that the sun was hollow inside
that it was like an adapater

but you need an external light source to start the process
even predicted we could never land on the moon

it is NOT self-illuminating
you need to allow the material to "charge" in a more powerful light source first
and allow that energy to be released slowly back out
