In my opinion it’s kinda stupid but I want a reason why that is wrong

it's quite simple, if the earth was round you would be able to observe 8 inch per mile square curve yet there's no evidence to suggest this

water doesn't curve, it stays flat

Water does not flow off the edge of the earth either
