Continents may move a little bit on a flat earth, sure. Though since we can’t observe plate tectonics directly, they’re ultimately a theory.
Do the continental plates move about?

They think there is a dome, so in their model no they wouldnt fall

No they think a creator made it and its very strong, we cannot pass it
The dome is an example of the atmosphere

They dont need it but they're just using a dome on models to represent the atmosphere
