I went out back to see what was going on

Some guy was fumbling around near my shed for a few minutes

I asked what work he was doing and he stammered out some bull excuse that he was just retrieving his bag

This was after trying to tone that box that was on the other end of the yard

The only prior experience I had with a clink tech in person, he said he was quitting his job because clink is a criminally incompetent ISP

And he was a senior tech
