I do drink 4 litres a day usually or damn near it. I have a 4L milk jug I rinsed out and keep next to my computer on the desk.

This is still not a criminal trial and there are no established rules that must be followed. Even the Supreme Court has said that the way the impeachment trial is conducted is solely up to the Congress.
