Now it's 2020.
The boss does nothing more than realocate resources to get the most profit
The rich right now are staying at home while the common man is working making sure society can still somewhat function
Parasites is a word for them
Emperor anon is correct whether you like it or not
If you think that will work today, you're delusional.
Inserting the current year dosent make your argument valid
> The common man does more for society than the boss who sits at the top
@Oliver what if redistribution of wealth occured and then we started using flat tax?
it would all be fair
Not to mention that the American economy didn't depend on the top bracket back then.
So it's a bad comparison.
Landlords are parasites
Landlords are parasites
@Koninos Implementing it suddenly no, but gradual integration of it is 100% possible

the american economy doesn't depend on the top bracket
Landlords should not be considered as protected by law
Unless we overhaul the system the rich will continue to get richer even with taxes
I’ll wait
Besides most rich people hide their money
Landlords should receive the same treatment as porn directors and ceos
@AutisticSebastopolGoose That's what I'm doing, genius.
The wall
The Panama papers didn’t get the spotlight they deserve
You're not blind, you can see me typing.
@Oliver This is why we crack down hard, instead of just letting them get away with it
Woke
Make tax evasion and abusing tax loopholes punishable by death
I don’t believe in punishing people for using tax loopholes unless they’re just straight up lying. Fix the loopholes instead
You would have your economy crippled when you implement such a high tax on the wealthy, especially in a country like the USA. It should depend on how much your economy depends on the top bracket. This "gradual" integration won't work - it'll have more or less, the same effects with the sudden implementation.
Oliver got a point
@Koninos There is no evidence that taxing the top bracket more weakens the economy
Infact all historical evidence points to the opposite in the industrialized world
I'm not saying that.
Koninos is a landlord
I'm saying that implementing a 90% tax on them, would cripple the economy.
Especially nowadays.
