Life is purgatory and we choose whether or not to construct hell our heaven within ourselvses based on the choices we make
How so?
Hell is the place where the dead are stored, the jewish version is sheol. Heaven traditionally meant "sky or covering". What we'd consider heaven is just union with God after death, any hell we'd face afterwords is based on the world we've created for our children and the way in which we are remembered for our actions.

You can view heaven as the metaphysical world that we can't see. Jesus even told his followers whatever they bind on earth shall be bound in heaven and whatever loosed shall be loosed. As above, so below
Or the Lord's prayer:
"Thy will be **done in earth, as it is in heaven.**
as above so below
It's really that simple guys: as so in the mind of God so too in the microcosm of our own
Interesting
It's the nature of gematria to start to see patterns in the words and phrasees that correlate but some of these are pretty interesting
Ur possessed by demons
Maybe, but the correlations are self evidently real.
The phrases clearly make sense together.
I'm looking to be a shepherd of wolves more than sheep anyways: they're much less likely to get chewed up and spit out than a sheep would be

- Should extra-biblical texts be considered? That is other works not included in the Bible and/or canon. Example would be the book of Enoch or Jasher. Should they be tossed out? Examined? Believed? This also doesnโt just apply to Christianity but other religions.
I don't see any benefit to not knowing what's in a book
probably for greater context, sure
The bible is not the sole authority on christianity
The Dead Sea scrolls tho
To an extent god is the ultimate authority
Donno about those
How can the bible be the sole authority, it was compiled by 12 men
The church is an authority
No.
Who were assigned to do it
Simple as.
Also no
Ultimately, you are your the authority in determining what is true.
The church is based on the Bible
Don't determine it wrong.
The trinity isnt mentioned in the bible, yet the church preaches it as fact
Trinity as in the connections?
God is said to be life, light and love in passages within the bible. That is a trinity of sorts
Yes but it is never explicitly described as the trinity, because it was agreed upon by churchmen
God is not just the trinity but the trinity is God.
Well yes
As a method of understanding the holy spirit
The trinity is derived from understanding the Bible and determining the essence of each element
