The distinction is made in the second verse in the screenshot
It includes adultery but isn't limited
For from your heart come the evil ideas which lead you to kill, commit adultery, and do other immoral things; to rob, lie, and slander others.
Matthew 15:19
@Eoppa how do you know the bible is from god?
@Eoppa Yea I'm not seeing that sex before marriage is a sin from what you've shown me
Only that divorcing for a reason that isn't unfaithfulness is
I don't know how many verses you need
It's pretty clear from the bible
And I don't know what version you are using
GNT
How do you know the bible is from god and not the Quran @Eoppa
They are filled with all kinds of wickedness, evil, greed, and vice; they are full of jealousy, murder, fighting, deceit, and malice. They gossip
Romans 1:29
Use a less watered down version
Avoid immorality. Any other sin a man commits does not affect his body; but the man who is guilty of sexual immorality sins against his own body.
1 Corinthians 6:18
Use a less watered down version
That's horribly watered down.
Not watered down I'd say
It is
And I don't want to spend 7 minutes on each verse trying to understand what it's saying
I don't see that to be the case
I compare with kjv
@Eoppa like how do you know what response from prayer is from god and not your own feelings?
This is the Douay Rheims version I use
KJV is weirdly worded
I know of DR version, never liked it
Duoay Rheims was made before KJV and is less hard to read as well.
Hm what?
I find kjv more understandable
> Sex is unitive and procreative, having it without one or the other is a perversion of the act and sinful.
@Eoppa eh, close enough. I'm not gonna add anything else to the convo.
Not at all emporer
And you seem unable to sift through the verses and versions, this is why we were given the magisterium, so we don't fall into error and sin.
What is the magisterium
The teachings of the Church
Catholic?
Of course
