You're using stats that are inaccurate though. Also the whole IQ concept is not entirely equal to intelligence either. It mostly portrays the ability of the person to solve problems including numbers, sequences and shapes as well.

Also IQ can decrease and increase, sometimes it's even inherited, and is heavily dependant on socioeconomic factors.

The inaccurate stats are Richard Lynn's mixing up Ashkenazi and Nordic races IQ.

Singapore has the highest average IQ score. It's an Asian populated city.
