To be anti-Semitic is to hate Jews, to be is Islamophobic is to have hatred for or a bias against Muslims.

Jews are a tad tricky seeing as they are an ethnic group and a religion but generally Anti-Semitism is seen as a mostly racist position.

Jews don't really spread their religion outside of their race so making a distinction between racially and religiously motivated anti-Semitism is kind of pointless.
