And although it's true, it's not the migrants' fault, really. But the state's.
@Koninos I think I showed you this picture once.
All of the people in this image hold both a Turkish and Dutch passport.
Mass immigration and poor integration techniques.
oh fuck off not this shit again
Okay. What does that prove, apart from the fact that they love their nation?
Their old one, whatsoever.
That doesn't mean anything about their loyalty, not necessarily.
And the fact that they have a Dutch passport alone, proves nothing.
Yes it does.
What does it prove then?
They have a passport, they are a citizen, they can vote, they are the 5th pillar.
Okay. So?
Right now, locally, they are able to subvert Western ideals of religious and personal freedom.
Sharia courte, unofficially, are used to settle disputes between members of their ethnic group.
As this problems worsens, it will move to the national stage.
While people like you cheer and welcome the barbarians coming through the gates.
How are they able to subvert Western ideals of religious and personal freedom? The migrants who are loyal to the nation they originate from alone, are too few. In my opinion, they shouldn't be able to vote, but that's another story. If you keep accepting these people, in specific, in massive amounts, it sure will move to the national stage. But we're at stage 1 and the national stage is stage 100. And we're not moving to the next stage that quickly, either. And yes, I cheer and welcome the immigrants that come through my gates, because if I don't, they'll turn to people loyal to their old nation in no time.
I won't comment on the fact that you called them barbarians, I think that's beyond stupid, really.
That is a metaphor.
Metaphor or not, my point stands.
Though i dont care what you think should happen, i care for what is happening. If that was indeed the case, why are they under represented in all aspects of social service? Police, nursing, military, care?
Because they're our citizens, obviously?
As long as they're our citizens, they're under our protection.
The myth of integration. It dors not happen, you have Bradford, Malmo. Enclaves, ethnic ones
By not giving it to them, we are evil.
Paper does not make you a citizen in the eyes of the people. Just the Government.
They are not our, or my, people.
The fact that no mass immigration and poor integration techniques have failed to integrate migrants in the country, doesn't make integration a myth. You'd very much like to believe that, so that your points become valid, but really, they're not. Yes, they're not our people. But they're our citizens. And as long as they are citizens of the nation, we either give them protection, or we are evil.
Then be evil.
I refuse to.
@Koninos Just checking, are you in the camp of denying the problems caused by immigrants, or camp of insisting that this is mostly our fault because of retarded procedures?
My moral code prevents me from being so.
No you just transfer the hurt to your own people.
@AsdfgQwert Mostly in the second one, but not entirely. I wouldn't put myself in either of these camps, really.
The unsafe streets, depressed wages, worse schools.
You dont actually care, you just want to be seen to care.
How are the unsafe streets, depressed wages, worse schools not our creation?
Patholigical empathy.
So you believe, that once you get a migrant in your nation, he will instantly start worsening the schools, decreasing the wages, and doing all these evil things to your own people?
That is the state's incompetence. But that incompetence is blamed on migrants because, very often, their color is brown. And that is not aesthetically pleasing to you, is it?
Hey yaall
