@T. Raven no it wasn't. Pre war the economy was doing fine. It might've slowed down because of less armament, but stuff like the volkswagen, volksradio and reichsautobahn also helped.

So any expansion is kind of irrelevant really, it would in the end of the day devolve into some form of state Capitalism
