When 5G first releases they have to have 4G and 5G towers due to compatibility reasons, (people still stuck on 4G stuff), so we'll have concentrated beams + broadcast waves. This is the time when we'll all be most sick from it, during implementation.
Eventually 4G towers will go away, and the air will be clean of waves as they've ever been in our lifetime, with just focused beams

The more 5G devices that are out there, the more focused the beams will become, and can focus down to the size of an Ant.

I'm not arguing juts basing it off experience in this tech since the 90's
Irridium Satellite network will deliver it to you there at 300 Mhz spectrum, which is half of what your cell phone is now
People have been concerned every time a new frequency section is released
So you are covered, but no way enough power to do any real damage coming from satellites

well at 300 mhz you can use the RF Shield paint

Your doc is showing 3-10 watts for 15Ghz frequencies. that's a bit much while outside. Inside house should be fine.
