Tanks are offensive weapons while ATGMs are built to defend against tanks. If you want to take territory from your enemy, there is no better weapon system than a tank. Tanks can breach through heavily defended enemy lines and most importantly, they are still the best weapon to kill the tanks of your enemy. That's all I meant.
