ran my R9 270x for 4 years with a wee OC
it drastically reduces life
squeeze the maximum out while you're reaserching and getting your new parts
just don't be dumb
yes
lmao
OCing requires watching tutorials and that effort
Also why overclock, it just seems like a risk to your parts
OCing is for betas
It's not even effort
"just dont be a retard lmao" - everybody
And Iād end up frying my cpu
@Octavia I made Rosemary, Lemon Salmon for dinner tonight š
just dont be dumb when you oc.....
fr?
Yo dude with the r9 270x is that the one with 3gb. I think i had that in my old pc ran mines for 5 years
I think i lost the silicon lottery with my chip
thats the answer
this is why i dont take you seriously jackie
its not about stable
For now
on a 6 core chip
there's a lot of OEM software, like Ryzen Master, or MSI Afterburner that will overclock for you outside of the BIOS and will have a GUI of some kind so you can graphically see how fucked your parts are gonna be š
Iām dumb like that, i dont trust myself
@Spork molk just dont use stock intel cooler and put on a reasonable oc
Saw stable clocks and voltages with my cpu and went up slowly and it died when i did ashes
Back once again for the lemonade master
New cooler = money and time to put into case
It's honestly a waste of time., you need vast cooling for it too.
no you don't
And a new mobo and a new cpu
Aye you do, what?
you just need a decent cooler
if you are smart and buy parts for longevity you dont oc..... you upgrade slowly over years
@Spork molk did you make any of the other things we were mentioning to you
I ran my old AMD at 106 degreee for 3 years and it was fine. Legit telling the truth
so in 3 years..... mb and cpu
Nah its ok guys, Jackie didnt need it so no one else does
2 years after gpu
