Sorry friend.

2019-01-12 04:53:35 UTC

He was cute though. Very small and agile. Ran around hyper-like all day.

Dogs and cats myself

2019-01-12 04:54:26 UTC

When he hunted the crickets i fed him it reminded me of scenes in Jurassic park. Haha.

2019-01-12 04:54:31 UTC

And a rabbit here and there

2019-01-12 04:54:32 UTC

if i could have a reptile that would just live as a roomate that would be cool

2019-01-12 04:54:38 UTC

I only own two dogs now.

2019-01-12 04:54:44 UTC

Same

2019-01-12 04:55:24 UTC

Good animals to have since I live in the middle of nowhere

2019-01-12 04:55:55 UTC

2019-01-12 04:56:49 UTC

I usually hunt ducks. Sometimes deer.

2019-01-12 04:57:35 UTC

And when on trips to Wyoming I hunt antelope.

2019-01-12 04:57:51 UTC

I love to go out west and hunt big game

2019-01-12 04:57:54 UTC

Elk is nice. The problem with deer or larger game though is that if you don’t kill them right away sometimes the excess of adrenaline in the blood and body from them running will make the meat taste worse.

2019-01-12 05:00:31 UTC

Never thought of that

2019-01-12 05:00:35 UTC

Aim above the shoulders and below the neck towards the spine and it will kill them quickly and they won’t run because they will be paralyzed and dead from the shock. @Hob

2019-01-12 05:01:07 UTC

Making it a more humane kill and better meat.

2019-01-12 05:01:12 UTC

Also less work.

2019-01-12 05:01:25 UTC

True

2019-01-12 05:01:34 UTC

Less work is nice

2019-01-12 05:02:20 UTC

I am thinking about hunting in Canada next year with my brother. He lives in Alaska.

2019-01-12 05:03:11 UTC

That'd be fun

2019-01-12 05:03:18 UTC

I'd love to hunt outside the country

2019-01-12 05:04:44 UTC

Hunting is good fun

2019-01-12 05:04:50 UTC

And it helps me feed the fam

2019-01-12 05:05:35 UTC

Always good. I make steaks or jerky out of my game usually.

2019-01-12 05:05:52 UTC

And i invite friends from the lab and family over.

2019-01-12 05:06:01 UTC

I jerky most of it

2019-01-12 05:06:10 UTC

Freeze the rest for hamburger meat or whatever
