GOATS is the comp of bridgette, lucio then a zen / ana. Then for tanks you'd have Rein zarya D.va.
there is TWO counters to GOATs comp, only really 2

she made reinhardt obsolete for ages when she was first out lol. she could also just totally shut him down with shield bash stun, which was spastic when his only thing is holding a big shield up and slowly walking around.

or GOATs v 2 sniper comp. The 2 sniper comp is the much MUCH harder option

Never seen GOATs tbh. In quickplay it's nearly always 4 DPS 1 Tank 1 Support

even after the nerf, GOATs is still the best meta, because they just want to keep adding easy to play noob friendly characters
